Let's Talk About Your Custom Plastic Part Project
If you have a drawing, sample, material question or production requirement, feel free to contact us. We are happy to discuss your project with practical manufacturing support in mind.
- Send drawings or samples for rapid engineering review
- Discuss material properties, tooling structure or production optimization
- Start with an inquiry--no immediate commitment required
How We Can Help
Support at every stage of your component lifecycle
Customers contact us at different stages of a project. Some already have complete drawings, while others are still reviewing materials, tooling direction or production feasibility.
Drawing Review
If you already have part drawings or 3D files, we can review them as a starting point for manufacturability optimization.
Sample-Based Discussion
If you have an existing sample or reference part, we can reverse-engineer it to match your exact requirements.
Material & Application
If you are comparing polymer formulations or need specific heat, chemical, or tensile resistance, we can advise.
Tooling & Production
If you are planning multi-cavity tooling, hot runner integrations, or automation setups, we can define the path.
Quotation Support
If you require initial cost analyses, tooling quotes, or piece price estimations, we welcome all raw project scopes.
General Project Inquiry
Even if your project is still in the early concept phase, we welcome open dialog to help steer design feasibility.
You do not need to have every detail finalized before reaching out. A practical starting point is enough to begin.

Send Your Inquiry
If you would like us to review a drawing, sample-based requirement or production request, submit your information here. The more project context you provide, the easier it is for us to understand your needs.
Helpful information to include
- Part drawing or 3D file (STEP, IGES, PDF)
- Sample photos if physical parts exist
- Material preference or application environment
- Estimated annual or initial order quantity
- Aesthetic, post-processing or assembly needs
File Note: Accepted formats: PDF, STEP, IGES, JPG, PNG, ZIP. If files exceed 25MB, please proceed to send them directly via email.
Inquiry Checklist
What to Include in Your Inquiry
To help us understand your project more clearly, it is useful to include as much relevant information as possible. Even if some details are not yet finalized, the items listed can help create a better starting point for discussion.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I contact you even if my project is still in an early stage?
Yes. You are welcome to contact us whether you already have complete drawings or are still reviewing materials, design direction or production feasibility.
Can I send drawings or files through the contact form?
Yes. If file upload is available, you can submit drawings, images or supporting documents through the form. You may also email files directly if needed.
What if I only have a sample or product photo?
That is also fine. Sample photos or reference images can still help start the discussion. We can use them to evaluate geometry, materials, and potential mold structures.
Do I need to know the exact material before contacting you?
No. If material selection is still under review, you can share the application context and current ideas so the discussion can begin from there. We will recommend the optimal polymer based on performance requirements.
Can overseas customers contact you directly?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from overseas customers and remote project discussions are common. We serve North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
How long does it take to receive a response?
We aim to respond as promptly as possible after receiving your inquiry and project information. Typically, our engineering team provides feedback within 12 to 24 hours.
You Can Start With a Drawing, a Sample or Just a Question
Not every project begins with complete information. If you have a part drawing, sample, material question or production idea, feel free to contact us. We are happy to start the discussion from there.
